I have been watching kung fu movies since in my early 20, and i still do but i mostly watch the custom one which tell the history of china,wish everyone would do the same,chinese people went thro a lot to save their country, a hundred years to the british, it is good that they have given it back to china, keep making fils like these and i hope more people will watch them as i do;

Oh, when I said clean house I mean it in a good way, I think the morality of the employees is deteriorating knowing that the plant manager sleeps around with his female supervisor and all of them seem to want to please him in every way, sort of like I scratch your back, you scratch mine. It disgusted me to see this type of thing exist in a work place.

My company is going through a reconstruction, big changes. But it seems that the less people that we’ve the more efficient we become because what’s left are the good employees.

The old boss that was replaced and before he left he said that he learned one thing from working here, that good management creates good workers, but by the time he realized this it’s too late in my opinion, then I wondered if he ever thought of himself as a good management, I certainly don’t think so. The one thing that I like about him is that he gave us the freedom to do our job, but mainly because he didn’t want to do it himself.

As for Supervisors, I think it’s getting ready to change, we have one too many. In my opinion, might be best to just clean house, there’s too much dust and rust that’s clinging.

Keep moving, as long as you move you get pay. My company had gone through a major change we got rid a lot of upper management pple. My department had always been small so we are not affect by the “change”. We used to have 3 supervisors for 3 department. Now we have 1 supervising 3 department. We are hiring a few more engineers it seems. Mechanical and Electrical I think.

Good point, I feel like I’m a baby sitter now, I’ve to keep this in mind when I go back to work tomorrow. I often have to ask myself why do I’ve to keep pacifying this salesman, but at times I feel like his days are numbered and the more that he talks, the faster he is digging his own grave.

Your company is good that they’re trying to give people a job, my on the other hand is trying to survive this sunken economy, so we’ve very few people, and the ones that are still there get to do all the work, and I’m one of the lucky one I supposed but sometimes I wondered if I really am. But, I’m thankful that I still have a job.

Thanks for the comment Khonlao. I know what you mean about people we work with. They tend to let it ride and enjoy our assistant. I realized one thing: what we do at work is work. You think for other people is work. For me, as long as I move I get pay at work. I help others realizing that sooner or later he will figure out that I am no sucker.

Helping others is good. However, there are times when I feel I crossed the boudary by ignoring the principle I learned: “bo earn ya kan, bo varn ya choi.” If they call you, answer. If they don’t ask for help, don’t help.

In the case of the old man, he needs a lot of help. I figured the company is trying to help keep people employ. That helps the government out. It also keep the economy going. My manager know to put him with me because I am a good baby sitter.

The bottom line is, we get pay. That’s what matter right?
